Despite not posting anything I did not give up on the letting challange and am still making my way through it. As for the gratefulness and the self care well they did fall by the wayside.
I have though made more of a effort to do stuff, last week I went to the cinema 4 times I even sat in the pub on my own, an activity way out my comfort zone, but it was a nice evening and i had time to kill before the cinema. I think this has helped with my anxiety but Its hard to say.
The photography course has not been going so well and I've not finshed week 2 even though I should be on week 5. I'm off work this week though so determined to work hard on this.
I just brought a tripod (oh I love amazon and next day delively ) as its required for one of the activitys and the only one i have is really cheap £15 thing its so flimsly it's not worth 50p. This is light weight travel one by vanguard, I don't like tripods so i wasn't willing to spend the £200+ that almost everyone recomends but this was £130 which I think is a fair mid point; not high end but expensive enough that i'll dam well make the effort to use it for that price. Tripods slow you down and make you think which is why I hate them, and why it will be good for me to use one more.
